What it means to live in your naked truth.

There may be times social media creates false connections because what we see may not be reality and for some it is, and that’s their life, not yours. Some people have low vibrations and others have high vibrations. Back then connections were not through social media it was a walk in the park with a friend or a phone call or visit to their home. Now if you view a person’s story or TikTok we get consumed by a peeping lens that lets us glance at each other’s lives. Viewing the lives of others can be exhausting at times so remember to live in the here and now remember to disconnect and live yours.

Let’s get into it.

The Illusion of Connection

• To some people constant story views on Instagram or FB likes can feel like interest but in all reality, it’s like someone peeping into a window to see what’s going on in your life. Honestly just because people do not like your stories does not mean they don’t like you, because when you’re posting in your story it’s like a reflective photo book that you want to share with others. Not everyone is trying to show off or brag so think less about yourself and understand the perspective of others is more about viewing a person’s story or someone viewing yours as simply entertainment…
